ProCad Designs and Jenish House Design have been in partnership in the Kamloops area for the past eight years. We are the only Jenish dealer in the Kamloops area, and we are authorized to make the Jenish stock plans work for you.

Stock Plans:

We have statistic sheets, organized by design type (e.g. Straight Entry, Basement Entry, etc), available for virtually every Jenish stock plan that has ever been offered.

** Please allow 2 to 3 business days for most stock plan purchases.

Colored Renderings:

Colored renderings are available for some stock plans. These can be a great selling tool for ’Spec. Home’ projects and Realty advertising.

Revisions to Jenish Stock Plans:

Should you decide that the plan you have chosen needs minor alterations, we will be pleased to arrange an appointment for you with one of our designers. As with all our services, following this free initial consultation, you will be provided with a free quotation outlining the costs involved with this revision.
