A major renovation made this family’s average home in a mature central neighbourhood their forever home. The limited lot area and desire to retain existing landscaping made for a rewarding challenge as we transformed the dark entry inside a cinder block carport into a bright and vibrant entry with a front sitting room and walk-in closet.

The walkthrough kitchen features an extravagant number of carefully positioned windows, skylights and sun tubes to bring in the maximum amount of natural light into this now bright and inviting space. As much natural light as possible was the primary objective.
