EXISTING-HOME DOCUMENTATION
As-Built Drawings & Site Measurements
A clear picture of your home, before you change it.
Planning a renovation or addition? We measure and document your existing home so your design can begin with a clear record of its layout and visible conditions.
DISCUSS SITE MEASUREMENTS
Understanding the existing space is the first step to planning the next one.
START WITH WHAT'S THERE
Better plans begin with a clear starting point.
Older drawings may be missing, incomplete or different from what is there today. As-built drawings record the existing building within an agreed scope, giving your project a useful base for renovation planning and design.
We confirm the areas to measure, the level of detail and the drawings you need before work begins.
CAPTURE THE EXISTING SPACE
See your home in a new dimension.
We use Matterport Pro3 cameras to capture existing spaces in 3D. Pro3's LiDAR technology helps record the geometry of accessible areas, giving us a visual reference for existing-condition documentation.
From the site visit to the drawings, we agree the areas to capture, the detail you need and the deliverables before work begins.
DISCUSS YOUR AS-BUILT QUOTE →Start with a 15-minute discovery call. Site visits and drawings are quoted separately.

HOW TO GET STARTED
Tell us about the home and what comes next.
Bring the property address, any existing plans or photographs, and a short description of what you are planning. We will discuss what needs to be documented and confirm the scope, access requirements, fees and timing before proceeding.
